Scripting improvements

Some of the scripts used to interact between various parts of the CD had some long-standing bugs. The most noticeable was the one where clicking on a link would result in a requester asking for an older AACD.

These have all been squashed now. We would have done so earlier but no one reported them and they didn't show up during testing here... until a couple of weeks ago.
